The ultraviolet radiation in the light and that from the artificial light source under certain circumstances bring about large counter action for the use efficiency of the polymer, that is, the ultraviolet can damage the chemical bond in the polymer during the photodegradation, and finally lead to color changes and reduction of physical performance. This is the so-called photo-aging. Apart from this, heat oxidation is another major reason that causes polymer decomposition. With regard to the Polyamide resin, its heat oxidation refers to the usual yellowing, thus giving birth to the anti-aging agent. Shenghong anti-aging masterbatch is compounded with a number of anti-aging agents to achieve the best use effects of different polymers. Its effective components can also be compounded with other dyes in onecolor masterbatch. Product Series: PP series Applicable to PP nonwoven, filament yarns and staple fiber.
